Winter Rentals
- Rentals must be viewed in person prior to submitting a credit application
- Lease term must be for a minimum of 91 days (3 months)
- Credit applications are required, $75 per applicant
- Security deposits are typically equivalent to the monthly rent amount and due at lease signing
- Monthly Rent includes basic utilities with a $75 cap on electricity and a $75 cap on water/trash/sewer each month; occupant is responsible for any overages.
- Most winter rentals don’t have mailboxes. We recommend signing up with a PO Box through the post office if you need to receive mail during your tenancy.
- Sheets & Towels are not provided in Winter Rentals. They can be added for an additional fee.
