Our company was founded in 1982 by Wilmington natives Bob and Marilyn McKoy, and we’ve been helping people ever since.

When they opened Network Real Estate, Bob and Marilyn were guided by a dream of offering of excellent real estate service to people who love Wilmington and its beaches as much as they do.

Over the years the company has grown, expanding to include more real estate agents, homes in more neighborhoods, and new services, such as property management and long-term rentals. Despite this growth, our core values and vision remain the same.
